The brilliant thing about Leonard Cohen concerts is that just when you think they are over they are just winding their way into overdrive ecstasy. I and the choir angel Carmen enjoyed it immensely.

Pilates....Day 2 at the gym...Lyndon meets his body again after about fifteen years..

This morning was Pilates....

Arrgh

I thought this was a kind of "soft option"

My muscles are craving oxygen and sugar. My tummy is empty.

(these things are actually very good for a diabetes person)

 

The instructor had to check that I was still alive at the end of the class.

Enlightenment Intensive : Friday 29th October to Monday 1st November..

Question to me: So is it worth all that money to get enlightened? Response from me: Depends, How much you think enlightenment is worth? What do you think Buddha would say if you asked him how much do I need to pay to achieve enlightenment? But really I have two answers (just like me). One is that I think true enlightenment is priceless and the other that this is really a technique and a process, it is not the commodification of the objective: enlightenment.
